Free Ground Delivery (Domestic Orders): ?

We are pleased to offer complimentary ground delivery for all domestic orders.

Order Cancellation:

Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee cancellation. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Shipping Schedule:

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday from our warehouse, excluding holidays.

Orders eligible for overnight delivery must be placed before 11 a.m. PST to meet shipping requirements. Orders placed after 11 a.m. PST will ship the following business day. The choice of carrier will be at our discretion.

Unexpected Delays:

Unforeseen and uncontrollable delays, such as those caused by weather or holidays, will not result in a refund of the express shipping cost.

Order Availability and Volume:

Delivery times are subject to item availability and order volume. Pre-ordered items will be shipped once they arrive. Please refer to the product page for the expected ship date.

Signature Requirement:

All packages require an adult signature upon delivery. Please ensure the delivery location is secure.
